Prior to using the 2do2 Application, the organisation had been using excel billing sheets. At that time, billing was handled by two people.

Ms. Antonina Iwaszkiewicz – manager of finance and administration – recalls that period as hard and difficult. Each person had a different system of operation. This in turn translated into a large number of errors and mistakes. Unifications of the accounting system did not bring the expected results. Difficulties arose due to mistakes in transcribing data from one document to another. Human mistakes occurred frequently and were difficult to eliminate. The whole process was very time-consuming and tiring. It also placed enormous responsibility and stress on the organization’s financial people. It was incumbent on Ms. Antoinette to verify all data entered in many different schemes, catch errors and correct them. At that time, the organization was implementing a lot of projects, and the value of the projects implemented was also increasing, as well as the stress and mental burden, and the length of time spent on corrections, checks and settlements.

Due to these situations, the organization began to look for tools that would solve its difficulties. They wanted, above all, to make the billing process simpler and easier for everyone involved in finance. This is how they came across the 2do2 Application.

There were some concerns at first. The first was a lack of knowledge about 2do2. The organization had never encountered the Application before, so they subjected it to vetting and verification before deciding on it. Initially, not all team members were convinced whether the change from the existing tool to 2do2 would be a good choice. There were concerns about changing the existing workflows.

The implementation meeting was the answer to these doubts – already after the first introduction the team members changed their attitude. The application is easy to learn and easy to use. It largely minimizes human errors.

The beginning of my work on the 2do2 Application involved… emotion. 2do2 incredibly accurately answers my long-standing daily difficulties. It also saves a ton of time.

Currently, the organization has 22 projects in the app, and two people are working on them!

Ms. Antonina, when asked what accompanied her initial work on the 2do2 Application, answers….. “Shrugging.” This will come as no surprise to anyone who has settled projects in the organization by the sweat of their brow. Ms. Antoinette extremely appreciates how responsive 2do2 is to her daily difficulties, pains and saves time where it had to be previously “wasted” on “meaningless” activities.

Such a streamlining feature is, for example, “stamps” – the automatic generation of prints for documents, which can be set according to the grantor’s requirements. This saves a lot of time that was previously spent on mechanically transcribing data from one place to another.

According to Ms. Antoinette, the application is clear and intuitive for everyone.

A big plus of the 2do2 Application is the security of documents as well as personal data of the organization’s employees.
