Local Action Group Association „Southern Warmia” (hereinafter referred to as LGD)

The „Southern Warmia” Association is an organization with nearly 20 years of experience, operating in the Southern Warmia region. This rural area faces significant social challenges, including high unemployment rates, limited public transportation, and difficulties in accessing education. LGD Southern Warmia supports women leaders, small entrepreneurs, and works with the local community.

In 2021, LGD decided to open an account in the 2do2 App, and they have now been using the application for almost four years.

What drove this decision?

The organization faced various challenges, such as preparing reports for projects, task division within the team, and dealing with „human errors.” Today, they are fully satisfied with the tool, which has proven to be a solution to their everyday problems.

The organization has a small  back office team, with three people collaborating through the app. Previously, such collaboration was not possible—only one person, the most meticulous and experienced in managing finances, had access to financial spreadsheets. Now, three people can work together on the files, ensuring that everyone has access to the necessary data. In LGD Southern Warmia, the app helps the team prevent errors and keeps them motivated to stay on track. Team members can quickly respond when they notice a mistake or when a document is missing from the app. They promptly alert each other, react, and ensure that the accounts are accurate.

When the organization first started using the app, they were managing three projects (multi-year projects with complex budgets). Today, the single person responsible for the financial side of projects is overseeing 28!
